Love + Food entwine at Slide
“4 Faces of Love” comes to Slide in August 2010!
4 plays about different aspects of love will be on stage at Slide for 13 weeks,
Dates: Monday 23rd August to Wednesday 17th November 2010 (15 shows).
These plays will be accompanied by a suptuous 3-course dinner, cleverly designed by Slide’s resident genius Marc Kuzma, to appropriately accompany the drama and comedy on stage and the eternal topic of the evening LOVE!
This night of theatre and good food caters to all the scenses.

The Doris Day Collection by Robert Shaffron, directed by Dominic Stone,
Bye, Bye Baby by Joanna Erskine, directed by Amelia Tranter,
Mummy’s Boy by Daniel Hayward, directed by David Koumans,
Sushi Wushi Woo by Kate Toon, directed by Danielle O’Keefe,
These plays range from crazy comedy to intense drama, to drama charged with eroticism and provocative sexual acts. They cover the gamut of acts of love: love in marriage, love of marriage, heterosexual love, homosexual love, a mothers love of her babies, love of celebrity, the love between a mother and son, plus a little lust on the side!
The show starts at 7pm and runs from Monday 23rd August to Wednesday 17th November 2010.
In the opening week, there are previews on Monday 23rd August and Tuesday 24th August.
The following week features a media/VIP night on Tuesday 31st August.
Then the shows runs each Wednesday night from 1st September to 17th November 2010 (15 performances in all).
